Quality Management System

Since 2000, METALPOL WĘGIERSKA GÓRKA has been awarded the ISO 9001: 2015, IATF 16949: 2016 and ISO 14001: 2015 quality certificates. The use of our system gives the opportunity to use modern methods and techniques of quality management and standards operating in the automotive industry such as PFMEA, MSA, PPAP, APQP and SPC in everyday work. The implemented process approach, together with the ongoing monitoring of the degree of implementation of the set goals and their trends, contributes to the continuous increase of efficiency and effectiveness of the organization.

The continuous development of the company is a complex process in which not only the business owners, but above all the employees play an important role. The improvement of employees' competences has long been permanently inscribed in the strategy of uninterrupted development of our Organization. The organization focuses on interdisciplinary decision making and group work, constantly striving to increase customer satisfaction and taking care of the needs of interested parties.

The purpose of Factory Quality Control is to verify the level of compliance with the requirements set by customers to ensure the highest level of quality and safety of the products offered. METALPOL Metallurgical Laboratory operates according to PN – EN ISO 17025 Standard. As a standard activity, following elements must undergo supervision and inspection:

• Cast iron chemical composition (spectroscopic analysis),
• Cast iron endurance parameters (endurance, extension, hardness),
• Cast iron metallographic structure,
• Moulding sand parameters.

Standard examinations may be extended at the request of the client after arranging arrangements with the organization. Measuring means used are subject to metrological supervision. The organization also conducts MSA analyzes. Based on the conducted research, Metalpol issues the following quality documents:

• 3.1 or 3.2 certificate (according to PN EN-10204).
• National Certificate of Performance
• Certificate of Performance,
• Other documents, according to customer’s requirements.

The organization has certificates and attestations for construction products and products subject to the PED directive. All fittings, valves and hydrants comply with hygiene seal of approval. Quality Laboratory has been equipped with the following devices:
